Our low prices include free shipping on orders $50 and over via USPS First Class Mail (US only) with tracking. For smaller orders we will add $3.00 for shipping and handling. International orders will be charged $5.35 for shipping and handling. Sorry no shipping to Mexico or Nigeria. USPS Express Shipping is available in some areas (US only) on Saturday or Sunday for $28.00. Express Mail orders must be received in our warehouse before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the day of shipment. Our local post office will not accept Express shipments after noon. (Orders need to be received, packed and checked before we deliver them to the post office.) Some US locations do not offer overnight delivery of Express Mail. Please check with your local post office.
Due to increases in the cost of international postage, we will no longer be able to ship multiple international orders to the same address. We will combine orders to the same address for free or $5.35 shipping.

Although this website collects information you provide for the immediate transaction and at your request to keep you informed of updates and special offerings, we don't collect any information you do not specifically provide, and we don't resell any information. Gemshow-Online will not rent, sell or otherwise provide information to any third party except as legally compelled or integral to the immediate transaction (credit card information to the processing service).
Disclaimer
Although a picture in .jpg format in an online catalog can show a great deal, the quality of digital imaging is still not perfect. Color also varies on different monitors and graphic cards. We hope that our photo service will reduce some, if not all, possible misunderstandings and make your web order experience easier and happier. Please be aware that virtually all of our Bali style silver (such as the bali beads featured on the home page) and Hill Tribe products are handmade and there are variances from item to item. Our photos are representative of the entire supply of an item but the one you receive may not be exactly as pictured. No Shipping to some countries We regret that we can no longer ship to Mexico, Nigeria or Ghana.
Mailing list If you wish to be added to our mailing list please click the link on our home page. You will be added to our mailing list which is managed by an outside email service company. We send weekly notices of special sales or additions to our website. Each email you receive will have a link for managing your subscription. If you wish to be taken off the mailing list, click that link and you will be removed. Per our privacy policy we will not sell, rent or otherwise provide your email address to any 3rd party.
Do you sell to the general public? Yes we are happy to sell to everyone. We will collect sales tax for all California shipments unless you provide us with a valid California resale permit. We ship FREE via USPS Priority mail in the US on orders over $50.00. There is a $5.35 charge for smaller orders. International orders are shipped 1st class.
What is the minimum order? Minimum order is $50.00 0(US) for FREE shipping. A $5.35 shipping fee is applied to orders less than $50.00
What is your return policy? No RMA needed, No restocking fee, just a full refund on anything you return to us. Please return within 30 days of receipt of goods otherwise we will issue store credit. Freight and insurance costs are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Returns of any significant value should be sent back via a carrier with a reliable tracking system to assure delivery or use USPS delivery confirmation.
Printed Catalog Unfortunately we do not provide printed catalogs. Our inventory changes too frequently to keep a printed catalog up to date.
Payment Options We will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments upon approval by our Merchant Account (Processed at time of check out). We can no longer accept checks or money orders however we will accept Paypal payments (also processed at time of check out). Credit cards and Paypal are both charged when you check out, not when your order is shipped.
